How do I claim my Rebate?

To claim this offer, valid entrants must complete and submit a claim form online at Claimants must retain the original tax invoice/proof of purchase in order to submit a claim.

What Proof of Purchase do I need to provide?

Claimants must retain the original tax invoice/proof of purchase relating to the Qualifying Purchase. The proof of purchase must clearly state:

  • the Participating Product purchased;
  • the price of the Participating Product purchased;
  • the Participating Distributor of purchase;
  • the purchase date;
  • the tax invoice number;
  • that payment for the Qualifying Purchase has been received in full; and
  • Details of the purchaser’s name, GP clinic and contact details, including an acknowledgement that the purchaser is a practising healthcare professional in Australia.

How much Rebate will I receive?

Your Rebate will be value relevant to the Participating Product purchased, as follows:

  • ABPM-7100 GTIN 04041346030555 = $80.00 AUD

How and when will I receive my Rebate?

If a claim has been deemed valid, you will receive your rebate in the form of an EFT payment within eight (8) business days of approval.
